Jason has over 10 years of experience using cognitive ethnography and user-centered design to assist organizations with their data and asset management challenges. He has worked with a variety of clients, including charitable organizations, universities, museums, government agencies, financial institutions, and a zoo. His most recent project was developing automated workflows for media asset management in a hybrid cloud environment.
Jason holds a Master of Science in Information from the University of Michigan and a BS in Cognitive Science from the University of California San Diego. He lives in Detroit with his spouse and two energetic children
