Jesse is the Aviary Customer Success Specialist, ensuring that users receive outstanding support and training for the Aviary platform. He is enthusiastic about providing access to audiovisual materials and helping to implement new technologies in libraries and archives. Prior to joining AVP, he served in technical services roles for libraries, archives, and cultural heritage organizations. His experience includes archival processing, records management, and digitization projects. Jesse has also supported customers in a variety of settings including clinical research studies and startups. He holds an MSLS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA in Psychology from the University of North Carolina Asheville.
