Michelle is an active piece of our company puzzle by overseeing the operational activities for our growing innovation information firm. Michelle connects our business strategies and operations by developing an efficient workflow ecosystem to ensure AVP delivers the best to its clients.
At an early age, Michelle started her career in state and local non-profit government agencies where she developed and polished her skills in client engagement, project, and operations management. With over 22 years of experience, Michelle has a diverse background and knack for coordinating internal and external resources to ensure projects are completed on time and goals are met.
While previously employed at the University of Florida, Michelle realized the importance of higher education. She returned to college to complete her bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Event Management.
